Captain Mark , Dennis and Lorenzo are very nice and pleasant the boat itself is clean and they keep it tidy . Dennis and Lorenzo did a super job of cleaning my fish were very busy providing help and support to each customer on board It really was a great two days and Mark kept us on fish . Fished with Captain Mark and Dennis in Nov 2021 for Black fish and Sea Bass. We had a real good day of fishing, Capt. Mark worked hard all day to put us on fish. Boat is clean and very comfortable to fish on. Full stocked galley for breakfast and lunch. Dennis did a great job all day. If you're really into fishing or just want a day out on the water with your family, this is the boat to be on. The Montauk Star is a hidden gem to fish on out at Montauk.

Had a great trip with 2 of my buddies on Friday September 27. The Captain really knows his stuff and in spite of a somewhat slow bite he put us on some very high quality fluke with several 8 lb a 9.5 a 10.5 and the pool winning 12.5 lb fish. Captain Mark worked really hard to keep the boat drifting well and making sure everyone was having a quality experience. The mates were terrific always there to deal with tangles and expertly net fish and help all catch fish. All in all a great trip and highly recommended

Capt. Mark is a regular guy who loves fishing as much as me and my crew. Fished a couple of times last year and every trip was like fishing with family and that's how Mark and his crew make you feel. You cant ask for more than that. Great boat with a great crew and one hell of a Capt. Cant wait for the 2019 season to start and get out again Mark and his crew.

My buddies and I fished with the Montauk star a few times last season. We were extremely happy every time out! Captain Mark is very Personable, comes down to help out if needed and always puts us on fish! And his rates are very reasonable! We are definitely looking forward to fishing with him again in 2019!
